📋 Description

• Develop enterprise commissioning strategies, standards, governance, execution plans, and testing
• Lead Level 1 factory acceptance testing (FAT), Level 2 pre-functional testing, Level 3 functional
• Provide technical oversight and troubleshooting expertise for medium- and low-voltage distribution
• Lead integration and testing of BMS/BAS, SCADA, DCIM, PLC, EPMS, and controls platforms, including
• Develop and oversee energization plans, outage coordination plans, switching procedures, and
• Manage commissioning risks, deficiencies, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions to

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in commissioning, testing, startup, electrical systems, or mission-critical
• Demonstrated success developing and executing Level 1–4 commissioning and integrated systems
• Deep technical knowledge of MV/LV distribution, protective relaying and coordination, switchgear
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, risk-management, decision-making, stakeholder-management, and
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• NETA Level III/IV, CCP, CBCP, CxA, or comparable commissioning credentials preferred; hyperscale
