📋 Description

• Lead CV and AI/ML research and production work in GEO.
• Define model architecture, experiments, and production readiness criteria.
• Train, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy CV models.
• Own full model lifecycle: data, labeling, training, deployment, monitoring.
• Build prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and demos to validate ideas.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate ML into production apps.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in CV/ML or related field.
• 7+ years ML/DL with CV focus.
• PyTorch and/or TensorFlow; Python expert.
• OpenCV, NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn stack.
• CV: detection/segmentation/classification; CNNs/Transformers.
• Production ML: deployment, versioning, MLOps, CI/CD, REST.
