Train, fine-tune, evaluate, optimize, and deploy CV models in production.
Own full model lifecycle: data analysis, datasets, and annotation needs.
Build prototypes, POCs, and demos to validate ideas.
Collaborate with product, eng, QA, DevOps and data teams to deliver AI features.

🎯 Requirements

PhD in CS/related field; 7+ years ML/DL with CV focus.
Strong PyTorch and/or TensorFlow; solid Python development.
OpenCV, NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn; CV architectures (CNNs, Transformers).
Production ML: deployment, latency optimization, REST APIs, Docker, CI/CD, MLOps.
Data quality, dataset management, labeling, evaluation, error analysis.
English fluency; explain complex topics to engineers/product; Agile; distributed teams.
