Principal Computer Vision Scientist

📋 Description

• Lead CV and AI/ML research, design, and implementation.
• Define model architecture, tests, and production readiness.
• Train, fine-tune, evaluate, deploy CV models.
• Own full model lifecycle: data, annotation, training, monitoring.
• Build prototypes/POCs to validate ideas before product.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate ML into production.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in CS, CV, ML, AI, or closely related field.
• 7+ years ML/DL with strong CV focus.
• Strong PyTorch and/or TensorFlow experience.
• Strong Python, OpenCV, NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn.
• Deep understanding of CV algorithms; CNNs, Transformers, Vision Transformers, YOLO, Mask R-CNN, CLIP-like or SAM-like.
• Production ML experience; REST APIs, Docker, CI/CD, model versioning, MLOps.
