• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development or technical implementation consulting.
• Experience leading technical teams and a passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent.
• Strong foundational grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), database design, data modeling, and
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to support vital customer engagements.
