📋 Description

• Lead AI and digital transformation engagements from diagnostic through roadmap, planning, and execution.
• Structure ambiguous problems into hypotheses, analyses, and executive-ready outputs.
• Manage day-to-day delivery: workstreams, teams, synthesis, quality control, timelines, client communication.
• Facilitate executive workshops and align senior stakeholders across business, technology, data, risk, and operations.
• Serve as trusted advisor on where AI creates value and how to scale responsibly.
• Shape AI strategy, transformation roadmaps, and business cases with measurable outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–12+ years in management consulting, tech advisory, digital transformation, AI strategy, or related client-facing roles.
• Proven experience leading client engagements with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong structured problem-solving: hypotheses, analyses, and synthesis.
• Excellent executive communication and facilitation, delivering senior-leadership-ready materials.
• Experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, use-case prioritization, business case development, or governance.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred; AI/tech fluency to work with CIO/CTO, architects, data teams, and risk/governance.
