Principal Consultant - HCM Training Developer & Instructional Design

📋 Description

• Conduct training needs analyses for individual agency migrations, assessing current capabilities
• Design comprehensive, role-based Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM curricula for HR specialists, managers
• Develop interactive, self-paced e-learning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline or
• Create SCORM- and xAPI-compliant digital learning content.
• Develop instructor-led training materials, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and
• Design and deliver train-the-trainer programs for super-users and internal trainers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for
• 7+ years in instructional design, training development, or delivery for enterprise software.
• 5+ years developing end-user training for ERP, HCM, or cloud applications (Oracle, SAP, Workday).
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent authoring tools.
• Experience with SCORM and xAPI standards.
• Ability to develop role-based curricula across ILT, e-learning, virtual, and blended formats.
