📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as trusted advisor.
• Assess observability platforms landscape; identify gaps and licensing.
• Guide establishment of NOC/SOC/Digital Operations Center; integrate platforms.
• Lead large-scale engagements; deliver outcomes within scope, budget, timeline.
• Drive business development; identify opportunities and participate in proposals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in business, engineering, finance, or management.
• At least 15 years in management or technology consulting.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ecosystem and its applications.
• Strong knowledge of observability platforms (Dynatrace, DataDog, Splunk).
• Proven leadership to lead and motivate teams.
• Experience with automation tools like Harness, Terraform, Ansible.
