• Lead discipline-specific design work on complex multi-discipline projects.
• Mentor engineers and designers; guide reviews and documentation.
• Collaborate with project leads to ensure quality and delivery.
• Document client processes and deviations from TEECOM standards.
• Contribute to templates, workflows, and tooling improvements.
• Support pursuits and client conversations to win opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years in AEC or related professional services.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, GitHub.
• Experience with QA/QC, design standards, and coordination.
• Industry certs: PSP/ CPP/ CDT/ EIT/ PMP preferred.
