📋 Description

• Lead complex telecom, ICT, structured cabling, and low-voltage projects across teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert and advisor to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage technical project leads, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and delivery alignment.
• Review project health, identify risks, and propose actionable solutions.
• Develop and improve discipline standards, workflows, and QA/QC processes.
• Mentor engineers and design teams through coaching and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in AEC, engineering consulting, or related services.
• Strong expertise in telecom/ICT, structured cabling, low-voltage systems, and infrastructure design.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience documenting standards, workflows, and QA/QC processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
