📋 Description

• Lead strategic direction for Elastic Security services within global offerings.
• Develop and manage security service offerings, use-case frameworks, and scalable delivery processes.
• Support sales and delivery of complex security engagements and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to align field feedback with roadmaps and enable service
• Participate in ARB leadership to shape technical guidelines and decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in professional services or consulting in security.
• Deep expertise in security technologies, frameworks, and applications with hands-on implementation
• Ability to define and execute a global security adoption strategy aligned with business goals.
• Strong leadership to guide cross-functional teams and drive innovation.
• Knowledge of security tools, scripting, and creating reusable assets and scalable solutions.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and with high quality.
