📋 Description

• Lead program-level cost management for large data center builds.
• Plan, control, and forecast project costs and budgets.
• Manage costed schedules, risk mitigation, and forecasts.
• Lead RFx processes, bid leveling, and negotiations.
• Coordinate with contractors and owners on cost data.
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office; travel up to 15%; salary 175000-200000.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management / Construction Management / Engineering.
• 5+ years as a Quantity Surveying SME.
• 5+ years in construction and strategic sourcing/procurement.
• 3+ years supporting hyperscaler or data center orgs.
• 3+ years commercial contract negotiation experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
