Principal Customer Success Engineer

📋 Description

• Create Demand: conduct workflow audits, discovery, and workshops.
• Promote AI best practices, customer use cases, and success frameworks.
• Increase Win Probability: advise on industry trends, AI, and transformation.
• Expand Accounts: partner with CSM/AM to support adoption insights and growth opportunities.
• Scale the Revenue Engines: build scalable assets and lead enablement programs.
• Protect Revenue: proactive engagement, adoption planning, and risk mitigation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in CS, Solutions Eng, Technical Consulting, or related roles.
• Experience leading workshops, enablement sessions, and executive engagements.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Eng, Support, Sales, CS.
• Knowledge of ITIL; ITIL cert preferred.
• Strong ITSM/ESM, workflow automation, and digital workplace experience.
• Enterprise SaaS platforms for service management, workflow, or AI.
