Principal Customer Success Engineer

📋 Description

• Act as strategic advisor on ITSM, ITAM, ESM, ITOM and AI.
• Drive adoption and measurable value through customer stories and journeys.
• Build scalable enablement assets (playbooks, ROI models, dashboards).
• Lead workshops, webinars, and enablement programs.
• Partner with GTM teams to align programs and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer success, solutions engineering, or related roles.
• Experience running workshops and executive engagements.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, CS.
• ITIL principles and service management knowledge.
• ESM, workflow automation, and AI-enabled ops expertise.
• Enterprise SaaS platforms for service management.
