  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans and QBRs.

  • 5+ years in Customer Success/Account Management.
  • Experience with high-touch strategic/enterprise CS.
  • Experience with global enterprise multi-stakeholder accounts.
  • Advising on SaaS adoption to drive ROI; renewals/upsell.
  • Marketing tech stack: Marketing Automation, digital marketing tech, data providers.
