Principal Cybersecurity Specialist - Research & Innovation (f/m/x)

📋 Description

• Perform research in strategic cybersecurity areas aligned with Eye Security and customers.
• Drive adoption of new ideas, tooling, and research outcomes; share findings.
• Represent Eye Security externally via talks and technical content.
• Collaborate with Security Operations, Product, and Engineering to contribute meaningfully.
• Turn research into prototypes and handover; build with modern tooling (LLMs, AI).
• Conduct offensive security research, vulnerability research, and threat investigations.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant cybersecurity experience and knowledge of TTPs.
• Expertise in one or more domains (offensive security, threat/vulnerability research, or incident response).
• Strong communication skills and experience writing technical cybersecurity content.
• Ability to translate complex research into content for broad audiences via writing, presentations, diagrams, visuals.
• Practical experience using LLMs, AI-assisted workflows, agent frameworks, or similar technologies.
• Experience translating research into operational improvements, automation, or product capabilities.
