Principal, Data Analyst/BI Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end creative and media data function: architecture, models, pipelines, and reporting.
• Design and maintain data models integrating media, creative, and performance data.
• Develop ETL/ELT processes into cloud data warehouses with automation and reliability.
• Build and maintain Looker dashboards and LookML models for measurement and reporting.
• Create reporting solutions using additional visualization platforms where appropriate.
• Establish technical standards, processes, and foundational decisions to support future growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in BI, analytics, data engineering, or related fields, client-facing.
• Advanced experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, SQL, and modern cloud data platforms.
• Strong expertise in Looker and LookML, with analytics dashboards experience.
• ETL/ELT development across multiple tools; familiarity with Matillion a plus.
• Working knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud Platform environments.
• Hands-on experience with paid media platforms such as Meta, Google/YouTube, and programmatic advertising.
