Principal Data Analyst (Healthcare Economics)

📋 Description

• Monitor healthcare utilization trends; partner with stakeholders to improve quality and cost.
• Create visuals and reports with Power BI for clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to design report mockups and final visuals.
• Explain how KPIs and OKRs relate to operations and clinical logic.
• Design visual delivery reports to streamline data for staff and leaders.
• Develop trusted partnerships with business partners to enable data delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in analytical field; master’s preferred.
• Actuarial certification is a strong plus.
• 5+ years in healthcare economics or actuarial analytics with medical claims.
• Experience with HEDIS or similar quality measures a plus.
• 5+ years in business information architecture and governance.
• 7+ years SQL/Databricks analytics to build visuals and reports.
