📋 Description

• Own the enterprise data strategy and unify data sources into a data lake.
• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers with technical direction.
• Translate product telemetry into insights; identify upsell and churn.
• Present data strategy and insights to C-level management.
• Own architecture for data warehousing, lake design, and data modeling.
• Drive analytics layer design, semantic modeling, and BI dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years as Data Engineer/Architect; 3+ years leading a team.
• Proven track record delivering unified data warehouse/data lake architectures.
• Experience partnering with Product/business teams to deliver product-led insights.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Familiar with modern data stack tools (dbt, AWS Glue/Lambda, Redshift) and BI tools.
