🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data engineering with senior/lead experience
• SQL, Airflow, dbt; Snowflake/Redshift expertise
• AWS services: S3, Lambda, EMR, ECR, EKS
• HR data domain: candidate lifecycle, employee records, analytics
• Batch and real-time pipelines with Spark and Kafka
• Lakehouse design: Databricks, Snowflake; Iceberg/Delta
