📋 Description

• Design and evolve high-scale data solutions for org-wide access
• Develop data quality, monitoring, anomaly detection, and lineage
• Drive consistent data modeling, naming conventions, and metric governance
• Lead cross-functional data initiatives to accelerate delivery
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term infra investments
• Champion Data Contracts and schema evolution across teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data engineering in senior/lead roles; government compliance desirable
• Deep expertise in telemetry data and product analytics (launch, usage, retention)
• Collaborate with Product Engineering to instrument data collection
• SQL, ETL/ELT tools (Airflow, dbt), and MPP databases (Snowflake, Redshift)
• AWS services (S3, Lambda, EMR, ECR, EKS)
• Lakehouse architectures (Databricks) and file formats Iceberg/Delta
