📋 Description

Lead BAU data production tasks: coding, matching, quality checks
Oversee end-to-end production workflow and ensure timely, accurate data delivery
Mentor junior analysts and coordinate with Stakeholders
Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements
Investigate data or delivery issues and perform RCA
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with standards

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in data operations, analytics, or market insights
Expertise in data coding, matching, and QA
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience coordinating teams and managing workload
Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
