Principal Data Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Perform advanced data coding, data matching, and transformation tasks.
• Run thorough quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Audit applied stakeholder-requested changes to datasets with precision.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data outputs as per SLAs.
• Own the production workflow, maintaining and auditing team trackers.
• Lead investigations into data or delivery issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data operations, analytics, or market insights.
• Proven expertise in data coding, matching, and quality assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in team coordination, mentoring, and workload management.
• Ability to understand market trends and use AI tools.
• Strong client communication and presentation skills.
