Principal Data Operations Analyst | E-Commerce

📋 Description

• Bridge Supplier Engagement with Ops; track KPIs, RCAs, and BAU tasks.
• Coordinate BAU data receipts from retailers; resolve RAP and DQI issues.
• Onboard retailers; ensure data compliance and data quality reviews.
• Handle large data sets; SAP familiarity; FTP and MFT setups; ETL.
• Plan system changes; address MSD data corrections; track tickets.
• Act as internal SPOC for Ops; update stakeholders on KPIs and progress.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or technical degree in statistics/data analytics or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Python, FoxPro, and Cloud Platforms.
• Large data handling across formats; SAP familiarity.
• FTP and MFT setup/maintenance; ETL data movement.
• Unix/Python queries; strong analytical and problem solving; English.
