📋 Description

• Lead high-impact modelling and analytical initiatives in insurance risk.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS/Data Science/Biostatistics/Math or related; 8+ years in data science with
• OR Master’s/PhD in related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Expertise in deep learning, ML algorithms, Python ecosystem.
• Strong communication with nontechnical stakeholders and leadership.
• Experience with NLP, medical data, long-tail predictions, or similar problem spaces.
• Familiarity with MLOps lifecycles, model drift monitoring, KPI tracking.
