🎯 Requirements

• Extensive technical leadership in academia, industry, or both
• Experience with financial services clients and delivering impact
• Broad ML knowledge including Generative AI and LLMs
• Advanced Python skills and scalable codebase experience
• Mentoring junior colleagues and direct management experience
• Strategic problem-solving and communication to non-technical audiences
