Principal Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Creating and maintaining the environment in which the programme will succeed
• Making sure programmes, workstreams and projects are delivered beyond expectations
• Managing short- and long-term objectives and ensuring programmes track against these milestones
• Establishing and operating governance structures within programmes to ensure effective decision
• Managing senior stakeholders both within Kerv Digital and our clients
• Reporting programme status to the Kerv Digital Leadership Team and the client

🎯 Requirements

• Active DV Clearance is desirable for this role
• Experience in programme delivery across multi-year engagements
• Ability to manage several streams of work balancing programme objectives and stakeholder needs
• Experience with Business Transformation, Dynamics 365 delivery, Bespoke Development projects and
• Experience with agile and waterfall approaches
• Experience in rescue and turnaround of projects
