Principal Design Recruiter

📋 Description

• Lead sourcing and outreach for design roles across Product Design, Brand/Visual Design, and Design
• Partner with VP and C-level design leaders to set craft standards, hiring bar, and team composition.
• Own interview processes for executive searches, including portfolio reviews and design exercises.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to onboarding and build diverse pipelines.
• Track hiring metrics to improve recruiting effectiveness and candidate experience.
• Promote Brex as an employer brand within the design community and at events.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record owning recruiting strategy and talent mapping across a broader org with
• Experience with offers and negotiations up to Executive-level candidates, including equity and
• Ability to raise hiring standards and mentor other recruiters/sourcers.
• Strong partnership with senior stakeholders to coach on candidate profiles and unblock hiring
• Experience defining org-level interview processes and training recruiters.
• Data-driven approach to time-to-fill and recruiting efficiency across multiple searches.
