Principal Developer Advocate, AI

📋 Description

• Represent Temporal at conferences and meetups with talks on reliability in AI.
• Create high-quality content (blogs, tutorials, talks, videos) for AI engineers.
• Build ties with AI framework maintainers, OSS communities, and partners.
• Gather feedback from AI engineers to inform product roadmap and developer experience.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales on AI release content and GTM.
• Mentor peers to raise the team’s AI engineering skills

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years as software engineer with focus on production AI
• Track record shipping AI products/features to production
• Visible in the AI engineering community (blog, YouTube, podcast, OSS)
• Proficient in Python and/or TypeScript
• Hands-on with production AI: LLMs, agents, RAG, and observability
• Curiosity to stay on top of evolving AI research and tooling
