📋 Description

• Senior technical architect for developer support and strategic account escalations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in technical support, developer relations, solutions engineering, or software dev with
• BA/BS/MS in CS, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Cloud-native experience across Azure, AWS, GCP and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Identity protocols expertise: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML.
• SCIM provisioning experience with enterprise-grade design patterns.
• Proficient in statically typed language (Java, .NET, Go) and dynamically typed language (Python
