Principal DevOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Deploy, operate, maintain, upgrade, and manage middleware daily.
• Install/configure, monitor, tune, and troubleshoot middleware (ZooKeeper, etcd, Nacos, Kafka).
• Manage daily ops of cloud environments such as AWS and Tencent Cloud.
• Collaborate with R&D to set up middleware, upgrades, configuration, and production support.
• Write ops docs, SOPs, and automation scripts to improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field with 3+ years in middleware or Linux ops.
• Proficient in Linux; able to troubleshoot common system and network issues.
• Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS and Tencent Cloud.
• Familiar with ZooKeeper, etcd, Nacos, Kafka; production operations experience.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; day-to-day K8s ops.
• Shell scripting; Go or Python development; automation tooling.
• Strong analytical and problem solving, good communication and service mindset.
