• Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of the company's core business infrastructure
• Maintain stable operation and troubleshooting of the service mesh based on Kubernetes + Envoy/Istio
• Define and implement SLO/SLI/Error Budget frameworks to continuously improve service reliability.
• Identify system bottlenecks and single points of failure; drive architectural improvements.
• Develop operations automation tools: capacity assessment, auto-scaling, self-healing, and change

• Proficient in at least one programming language: Python / Go / Java / Node.js (Python or Go
• Able to independently deliver end-to-end features: from requirements analysis → design → coding →
• Backend development experience: familiar with RESTful API design and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Strong scripting skills: able to quickly write Shell/Python scripts to solve day-to-day operations
• 3+ years of SRE/DevOps experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• Linux expertise: solid understanding of Linux internals, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
