📋 Description

• Define the AI/ML technical strategy and roadmap.
• Architect production-grade AI/ML inference systems (vLLM, SGLang, KV Cache).
• Lead end-to-end AI lifecycle with ML scientists, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Establish rigorous AI evaluation with 'Report Cards' for production models.
• Translate AI architectures for CXOs and non-technical stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 12-15+ years in architecting and developing AI/ML solutions.
• Hands-on optimization of production LLMs; deep knowledge of vLLM, SGLang, KV Cache.
• Ability to translate architectures for CXOs, stakeholders, and data scientists.
• Energic self-starter with startup spirit; able to wear multiple hats.
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in CS, EE, or related field.
