Principal Engineer

📋 Description

• Set the technical direction for new products and major changes.
• Build the hard parts in production code on riskiest paths.
• Define service and data contracts; integration patterns.
• Lead diagnosis of the toughest incidents and performance regressions.
• Identify required infrastructure: compute, data, messaging, observability.
• Mentor engineers and raise standards in code reviews and decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Staff/principal engineer on integration/data-heavy systems.
• Hands-on leader; production-code strength.
• Depth in PHP, Go, or Python; TS/JS on front.
• Modernising legacy systems incrementally.
• Fluency in idempotency, eventual consistency, rate limiting.
• Nice to have: ad APIs (Meta/Google/TikTok), BigQuery, multi-region billing.
