Principal Engineer

📋 Description

• Design/develop and commercialize semi-assembly and assembly automation solutions for syringe
• Lead engineering projects across multiple locations; manage concurrent projects and set priorities.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to optimize asset value and achieve business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in Engineering/science or related field; 10+ years of engineering/operational experience
• Proven project management experience and ability to manage complex programs.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; effective in fast-paced environments.
• Technical background in healthcare, medical devices, or related industries preferred; familiarity
• Experience with project accounting and financial systems; formal PM training preferred.
