Principal Engineer

📋 Description

• A subject matter expert in Equipment and automation with emphasis on device assembly and packaging
• Provide subject matter expertise and hands-on work during equipment design, FAT, SAT and validation
• Partners with operations and operations engineering, site leadership, equipment vendors, and parts
• Performing engineering assessments, implementation of system changes and supporting engineering runs
• Develop an ongoing technical knowledge base to enhance equipment support troubleshooting and reduce
• Extensive experience of structured problem solving and troubleshooting techniques.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelors Degree in Engineering, science, or closely related discipline is desired, or equivalent
• A career history marked by a consistent series of contributions and accomplishments. Proven track
• Demonstrated excellence in breadth and depth of knowledge within project management.
• Interacts well with diverse groups within engineering and maintains strong working relationships
• Listens to and understands others’ points of view and articulates tactfully and respectfully one’s
• Works well with other engineers in a collaborative, fast-paced goal-driven environment.
