Principal Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect and build the core AI Agent Platform (runtime, orchestration, APIs, state)
• Design for scale: high-throughput multi-tenant serving, routing, caching, cost-aware execution
• Build control plane and primitives for safe agent deployment and operation
• Optimize latency, throughput, and cost across the agentic path
• Architect agentic operations workflows for telemetry, anomaly reasoning, remediation
• Design multi-agent loops with handoffs to humans and audit trails

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building production software and large-scale distributed systems
• Experience building scalable AI/agent platforms or high-throughput ML serving systems
• Hands-on experience designing agentic/autonomous workflows
• Strong AIOps and SRE background with observability tooling, SLOs, anomaly detection, incident management, and human-in-the-loop safeguards
• Proficiency in Python and a systems language (Go/Java); cloud-native architecture (Kubernetes, event-driven microservices, streaming)
• Hands-on experience applying LLMs to production workflows
