🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of mobile development experience on Android or iOS.
• Deep knowledge of at least one cross-platform framework (Flutter, RN, KMP); bonus for React Native.
• Deep knowledge of mobile fundamentals: memory, threading, lifecycle, UI performance.
• Passion for measuring and improving app performance (startup time, frozen frames, app size).
• Excellent communication and leadership; mentor, inspire, and grow the team.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and code quality.
