🎯 Requirements

  • Proven track record designing scalable, reliable cloud infra.
  • Extensive production ops experience with on-call leadership.
  • Senior IC in engineering leadership (Staff/Principal/Architect).
  • Deep Kubernetes expertise: clusters, upgrades, RBAC, networking.
  • IaC with Terraform and modern GitOps practices.
  • Strong software foundations; Go preferred; NodeJS a plus.
  • Observability, SLOs, alerting and cost management for large systems.
  • Operational experience with Kafka, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Istio.
