📋 Description

• Senior IC in autonomy with ownership of perception, prediction, or planning.
• Own the perception stack: detection, classification, tracking, fusion.
• Own the prediction stack for intent inference and forecasting.
• Own the planning and decision-making stack for autonomous GSE.
• Set cross-stack technical direction and align with autonomy teams.
• Own autonomy architecture and partner with neighboring teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years building production autonomy systems (localization, perception, planning).
• Track record shipping autonomy components in production on real vehicles.
• Most senior IC in autonomy: sets direction, mentors engineers, partners with leadership.
• Deep technical depth in perception, prediction, or planning (ideally more).
• Strong C++ and Python; writes/reviews code for safety-critical systems.
• Fluency with modern deep learning for autonomy; ROS/ROS2; real-time compute.
