  • Own technical direction for Merchant Experience pillar
  • Guide architectural decisions and ensure design alignment
  • Contribute to engineering strategy through architecture councils
  • Support teams with proofs of concept and design decisions
  • Address architecture challenges: performance, scalability, integrations
  • Mentor engineers in architecture, coding standards, best practices

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years software engineering; staff/principal leadership experience
  • Expert in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) for microservices
  • Strong fundamentals in data structures, architecture, patterns, distributed systems
  • Proven problem solving and translating architecture to solutions
  • Excellent English communication and collaboration
  • Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
