📋 Description

• Architect, design, and own policy platform services—from storage to enforcement.
• Evaluate current state; design modernization for scale without impacting customers.
• Lead design reviews; gain consensus on architecture; sign off on changes.
• Champion AI-assisted development and embed ML/AI into policy features.
• Own complex projects end-to-end—from requirements to deployment.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and contribute to documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years backend in Python/Node.js/Go; 5+ years cloud (AWS/GCP); Kubernetes (EKS/GKE).
• Distributed systems design with reliability, scalability, low-latency.
• Linux backend development; networking basics (TCP/IP, TLS, HTTP/2).
• Experience with policy/rules engines, config distribution, or real-time traffic inspection.
• Data storage/analytics: Redis, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Apache Druid or OLAP.
• AI-assisted development tools and LLM APIs in production.
