📋 Description

• Own end-to-end architecture of Wayve's AI model lifecycle platform
• Oversee data ingestion, training, experiment scheduling, and on-road testing
• Balance reliability, scalability, and safety for researchers and engineers
• Set and execute technical vision with infrastructure and tooling alignment
• Lead across web apps, distributed compute, ML Ops, data pipelines, and optimization algorithms

🎯 Requirements

• Technical leadership at scale; 10+ years in distributed systems/ML infrastructure; 3+ years as
• Architectural depth across web platforms, ML pipelines, and compute orchestration (e.g., Spark
• Reliability and performance focus; experience driving SLAs/SLOs and observable systems
• Hands-on systems design; distributed computing, APIs, data modeling, production-grade coding
• Collaborative influence; strong communication and cross-functional leadership
• Mentorship and culture-building for engineering excellence
