• You own AI capabilities end-to-end: data to a generative UI.
• Build agent loops and orchestration: tools, rules, and outputs.
• Build integration layer (MCP) to securely call backend systems.
• Render model output into live, streamed UI via generative protocols.
• Ground models in real data: retrieval, embeddings, feedback.
• Treat evaluations as a first-class system with provable improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Shipped full-stack apps to production end-to-end.
• 5+ years shipping production software; 2+ years with LLMs in production.
• Hands-on UI protocols: A2UI, AG-UI, MCP-UI; built for generative UI.
• AI spine: prompt engineering, agents, tool use, evals; MCP Python and TS/Node + React.
• Fluent with retrieval/embeddings and SQL.
• Based in hubs: Berlin, Boston, Durham, Munich, London or Valencia.
