🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in Systems Eng, Autonomous Systems, or Robotics.
• Master's/PhD with 5+ years experience.
• 3+ years leading data-driven evaluation programs for autonomous tech.
• Hands-on technical leader with track record growing teams.
• Proven ability decompose ODD into vehicle capabilities and criteria.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization.
