Principal Engineer Tech Lead, Embodied AI mp; Off-Board Performance Evaluation

📋 Description

• Oversee Embodied AI/LLM framework for off-board scenario understanding and root-cause analysis.
• Lead multi-modal data fusion of scene descriptions, ego-kinematics, and telemetry.
• Design prompts and model integration using CP, CoT, and ICL for scenario evaluation.
• Architect scalable AI inference and evaluation, integrating foundation models into the Metrics Engine.
• Define AV performance metrics (lane changes, braking, oscillations) and manage RAG-driven driving policies.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering, applied AI/ML, or AV systems experience.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
• Proven experience with LLMs and Vision-Language Models for reasoning and scene description.
• Experience with parameter-efficient fine-tuning and open-weights deployment.
• Familiarity with vector databases like LanceDB for embeddings.
• Experience with adversarial scenario generation and closed-loop simulation environments.
• Strong Python proficiency and software development practices.
