Principal Engineer Tech Lead, Embodied AI & Off-Board Performance Evaluation

📋 Description

• Oversee Embodied AI & LLM framework for off-board event enrichment.
• Off-board data fusion of scene semantics, ego-kinematics, telemetry.
• Prompt engineering & model integration (CP, CoT, ICL) for evaluation.
• Architect scalable LLM inference across simulations and logs with latency control.
• Driving policy integration using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) vector DB for grounding.
• Cross-functional technical leadership with Autonomy and Systems teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, applied AI/ML, or AV systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision-Language Models (VLMs).
• Experience with parameter-efficient fine-tuning and open-weight models.
• Familiarity with local/cloud vector databases (e.g., LanceDB).
• Experience with adversarial scenario generation and closed-loop simulation.
• Strong Python skills and software development fundamentals.
