Principal Engineer - Voice & Network

📋 Description

• Design, implement, maintain Keyloop's global network for high availability and security.
• Own SD-WAN architecture, optimise overlays connecting office locations.
• Administer and evolve switching, wireless, and security appliances.
• Manage corporate VPNs for ~2,775 users across 29 countries.
• Lead network changes with topology diagrams, IPAM, and config standards.
• Enforce network security controls with InfoSec and cloud proxy.

🎯 Requirements

• Enterprise network engineering experience in large, multi-site organisations.
• Deep SD-WAN design, deployment and optimization expertise.
• Extensive switching, WLAN, and security appliances with cloud platforms.
• Cloud network security/SSE/SASE and policy troubleshooting alongside Sec team.
• VPN technologies including site-to-site and remote access.
• Voice systems legacy to UCaaS migration (SIP/ISDN knowledge).
