📋 Description

• Lead the technical vision and architecture of Quince's warehouse engineering platform.
• Build systems for inventory movement, fulfillment, warehouse ops, and returns.
• Architect the warehouse integration platform, WMS, and returns ecosystem.
• Drive scalable, observable warehouse systems with inventory accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in software engineering for large-scale ops, supply chain, or WMS.
• Experience designing and scaling distributed, event-driven systems.
• Deep expertise building reliable systems with data integrity.
• Experience designing integration platforms and standardized interfaces.
• Strong understanding of multi-tenant architecture, data isolation, APIs.
• Experience leading architecture and technical strategy across teams.
• Knowledge of inventory management and fulfillment workflows.
