Principal Engineer - Work Profiles

📋 Description

• Own data model strategy and architecture for Work Profiles and Communities
• Own API contracts across platforms and OIDC extensions
• Set technical direction and design standards for the domain
• Define profile configuration model for rules, tiers, and mappings
• Lead modular validation architecture (email domain, ownership matching, docs, SSO)
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar in data modeling and API design

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering with authority in a complex domain
• Deep expertise in data modeling for scalable schemas
• Proven API and data contract ownership including versioning and governance
• Ability to set technical strategy and drive alignment without direct authority
• Experience designing configuration-driven or rules-driven systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
